You’ve done the hard part — you survived. Now it’s time to reclaim your life.

But identifying and healing from narcissistic abuse can feel isolating and overwhelming. You’ve likely asked yourself:

“Why do I still feel so stuck?”

“Will anyone ever really understand why I feel so devastated or confused?”

“How do I rebuild my identity, my boundaries, my peace?”

“I want to leave this relationship but I’m paralyzed by indecision and doubt.”

“I can’t sleep. I can’t think clearly. I have lost the person I was before the relationship.”

What Club Members Are Saying

The community felt safe and welcoming. Seeing everyone, including myself, grow so much in one season was inspiring. I believe it gave us all confirmation of what we went through and hope for the future. I enjoyed the balance of Kerry and Lisa, as well as all the lovely ladies in group. Personally, I found the best sessions to be when one of us was having a bad day everyone just listened and said kind, supportive words. You are not alone. Glad I did it.
